I think Selina is carrying the cameo around her neck. It had to be either her or Tomeal as the only members of the party (at the time) without some form of enhanced vision. I also think Tomeal should take the MW arrows in addition to the common ones he took. No one else laid claim to them and he's the only one using a bow currently.

Crozar would be happy to carry and/or use whatever anyone would like him too. I can see most of the heavy things went into a haversack, but keep in mind that Crozar can carry medium and heavy loads without penalty so if there is something heavy that needs to be shlepped, he is naturally inclined to do so.

You can only take what hasn't been taken already.  My eyes have failed me before but I don't see any healing potions available.  The group, if I remember correctly, didn't include mundane, potions and scrolls in loot the character's take out of their share because they were considered party items, so feel free to ask if they'd like to share those items.  But anything else a player gives up will need their treasure totals adjusted.

Obviously any loot not taken can and the payment (if any) can be decided by the group.  I doubt there will be any issues with unclaimed mundane items, potions or scrolls.

Yes, Selina has the cameo.  It doesn't take up a slot since it's just basically an everburning torch.

Tomeal has a magic bow and I don't believe Masterwork stacks with Masterwork.  But he can take them in case he runs out of mundane arrows.

Good points. In terms of healing Kubo, as I mentioned, Selina has healing out the wazoo. And she's always keen on healing others before herself. So she'll be more than happy to heal him if he calls out for it.

EDIT: That reminds me...do you allow retraining of maneuvers at level-up?

I basically use the pathfinder rules for retraining so you can retrain any time you want as long as you have the gold and can find a teacher.  It's usually not that difficult to find a teacher in the world you started in.  It would be more difficult in other worlds that don't have your class.  Like Knight of the Rose would be best retrained in DragonLance.  It would be highly unlikely you'd find a KotR in this world.  New Crobuzon is basically a Pathfinder world so it would be more difficult to find a crusader but not impossible since 3.5 and PF are fairly compatible.

turning the spear in means a value of 302 gp sold turned in

sot the market value she is exchanging is 3375+312-302 = 3,385 gp

/2 for sell value = 1,692.5 gp

Since the original sold value of the treasure she took was 7969.5 gp, adding 1692.5 gp = 9,662 gp so she still doesn't need a loan

Selina might ask the group for someone to use the Brown Sphere stone. While she has Locate Object as a domain spell, it's hardly ideal to try to locate something you've never seen before.
