Conspiracy X
#1
Anyone interested in playing Conspiracy X (2nd edition)?  This game from Eden Studios sees the players create characters that in addition to being members of various US government agencies (everything from the FBI, CIA, CDC, and DARPA to MKUltra and Project Bluebook) or various supernatural secret societies that have also been recruited into a shadow organization known as Aegis, whose mission is to shield humanity from both the terrors of the supernatural and the invasion of various alien races.

Each member of the cell brings resources unique to their public facing positions together to form an (mostly-)independent cell that tends to focus on either supernatural issues or alien issues (just to streamline the focus of the game a little bit).  This game includes a detailed section on the development of the cell's base of operations for those interested in base building mechanics, and provides ample opportunity to research and investigate strange things as well as engage both human and non-human enemies in deadly combat, while trying to navigate a shadowy world of double and triple agents augmented by magic and technology beyond current understanding.

This game would be for a group of 2-8 players, ideally, with a target of at least 4 for variety of resources and skills.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
