Sticky after the fact

Is there a way to flag a thread as sticky a forum after the first post has been created?  I don't see an option to do so, but would like to do so for the IC thread in the Dark Conspiracy Game and the 5e Spelljammer game.

From the forum screen I can select the thread using the checkbox to the right of it and there's a moderation drop down below the threads that has an option to sticky for me. Haven't used it before but I assume that's how you'd do it.

Also looks like there's an option when replying to the thread, under the message area.

Just reply to any post in the thread (even the last)

Type something in this window because you can't post a blank post. 

Then below this window you will see some small boxes you can tick.  Tick off "Stick thread" and it will sticky the thread for you even if it wasn't done from the very first post.
