I'd like to keep playing this game.

[So what are we going to do here?  I have been really wanting to play this character.  I'm willing to DM the game with a few adjustments for a smaller group.  I also have no problem bringing in maybe a Fighter/Magic User so we have access to some magic too.]

Let me know what you want to do, then I can swap it over to whoever is going to DM it.

@Sumayl al-Akhir What do you want to do?

Or maybe, with some adjustments, we could suck them into an existing game...

I love my character concept.. less so a fan of 1st edition lol..if we convert to 3rd edirion or pathfinder I'd be willing to run this campaign if we could recruit a few players (I have a copy of the module and have run it before years ago so know the story and could conver to 3trd edition/pathfinder)

That's possible.  Would you require us to redo our stats to point buy or offer other players a choice between Point buy and rolling?  Cuz we rolled our stats fairly.

You guys still planning on duo'ing this bad boy?

Hell, if you get it going, I might play with you guys if that's alright. Everyone else in my games seemed to have gotten sucked away by the holidays.

You sticking with 1st edition or moving to something else?

I can do either edition.  I think Vitkyng would prefer 2nd edition over first but I don't think 2nd edition is that different from 1st.  So it should be an easy conversion.

I don't think there are any Cavaliers in 2nd edition and Sumayl al-Akhir would lose the physical stat increases that 1st edition Cavaliers gave as well.

There are cavaliers in 2nd edition

Quote:Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd edition

The cavalier appeared in The Complete Fighter's Handbook as a character kit,[4] and again in Player's Option: Skills & Powers.[5]

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
