I'm sorry if I somehow offended or upset you with my question.  It doesn't matter to me if you reroll but it is MiB's decision if you do.  Personally I don't like rolling for stats because there's usually at least someone who rolls very well and someone who rolls poorly.  This obviously can cause hard feelings.  Despite the flaws of the point buy system such as creating similar stat-ed characters it was more fair.  As I said, I don't care if MiB allows you to reroll but I believe the Cavalier only rolled once (using the reroll 1's option) and had to raise his stats to meet his requirements.  It's only fair if you reroll stats for a third time that he also is allowed to reroll if he wants to.
