[OoC TY I knew someone with more Pathfinder knowledge would find the answer.. so my CMB= +0, therefore his DC is 20 lol. Not great at tying knots, maybe we need Ursk for this]
- Gimme teh rope! You couldn't use that.

[OoC: Well I always thought Rope Use was a stupid skill that no one ever used.  But I'm not sure I'm pleased with Pathfinder's solution either.  It means that (Levels being equal) no matter how many knots you learnt to tie as a boy scout, your knots will always pale in comparison to someone with a little more muscle than you.  Perhaps it would have made more sense to move the Rope Use skill into Knowledge Dungeoneering (spelunking) and/or Engineering (building rope bridges) and/or Profession (Sailor).  Then at least some kind of skill in knot making could be involved. ]

Cin just watches the robot with her gun read to blow it to pieces if it decides to activate and attack.
Ursk moves in and throws the rope around the drone, causing it to immediately awake and go on the attack. (I need to check on something and set up an encounter thread.)

(I much prefer the use rope skill than CMB. Both have their place, I think. Use Rope was generally non-combat. Does that mean Ursk is better at tying his shoes than Reawyn? Wink )

[OoC He's better than anyone in the party]
[OoC .@Cin? .@Eva? are you going to participate in the combat vs the drone. I know you have been active in other threads, so may have just mussed seeing/subscribing to the combat thread http://forums.rpgaddicts.com/showthread....7#pid29187]

OOC - Oh, I have missed it. Thanks.

[I'm sorry, I completely missed this!  I'm at work right now so I will post when I get home in the morning. ]
Though his motives differ from Chrome's, Reawyn is no less curious about the drone. As they bind it up he takes the opportunity to examine it closely [Knowledge: engineering +5. Technologist].
Ursk readies his waraxe to cut the droid to two parts any says: - I will cut it if you want.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
