1. Iven’s Livery Stable:
#1
Most travelers visiting town leave their mounts and pack animals in the care of Iven Lesky, a retired tracker who chose to settle in Torch after falling in love with a young Kellid woman named Annika whom he met when her tribe was overwhelmed by hill giants. Together, they buy and sell horses, doing frequent business with trade caravans drawn to the town’s marketplace.

Leading his trusty mule across the ciommons that lies just inside the main gates of Torch, Reawyn approaches what looks to be a stables.

He pauses just inside the open doors to the building, inhaling the smell of hay, and dung, that permeates every stable in every town he has ever travelled through.

"Hello?", he calls into the duimly lit interior. "I'd like to inquire about boarding my mule?"

A youthful man with elven features walks out of the back. "Greetings." The man looks over at the mule and back at Reawyn. Up close, Reawyn can see the look of age in his eyes. "That'll be a silver a day. Includes feed and grooming."

"Steep, but not unfair. Fine sir, this should do for several days."

He fishes 4 silver pieces from his belt pouch and counts them into the man's palm.

The man takes a close look at the coins to ensure the stranger wasn't duping him. Finally satisfied, he nods quickly and takes the mule from Reawyn.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
