So with a regular surface, this floor is not smooth, it is dug through solid rock as a mine, the trooper weighs half if dragged.
Also as per the same page heavy load equals 3/4 (rounded down) move speed. so yes better than one square, but not fast. 6 square move speed equals 4 per move.. 8 squares per round at double move.. running while dragging might be hard.. I would allow two people to drage.. each grab a leg and then run with heavy load = x3 speed rather than x4.... so running dragging a trooper = 12 squares a round.
