Long lashes out at the gand with the stun baton, narrowly missing.

[Stun baton attack (AoO) [1d20+5] = 10+5 = 15]

Very irritated by for missing the stupid Gand, Dez takes a half-hearted shot at the fleeing sentient.

[1d20+7] = 5+7 = 12

The Gand proves to be surprisingly lucky, able to evade both attacks he retreats past his Talz companion towards the cantina doors.

Long's turn

Rolling away from the bar 5' for a clear line to the fleeing gand Long suddenly produces a pistol from a hidden panel on his chassis and takes aim. A crackling, lightning-like beam of ionic energy lashes across the cantina, striking the fleeing gand.

[Ion pistol attack [1d20+8] = 14+8 = 22]
[Ion pistol damage [3d6+2] = 8+2 = 10 halved due to being ion damage on a biological]

The small droid's shot just hits the Gand, sending crackling ionic energy coursing over his body and stopping him before he reaches the exit.  The Talz roars and dives at the Captain.  They become a tangled mass of arms and fur as they wrestle on the ground, fighting over the blaster.  It looks like the Talz has the upper hand in this fight, even though the Besalisk has four.

Suddenly the Western doors open and an old Clone War era super battle droid comes charging through, it's right fist held at the ready.  "Shoot! Shoot the damned beast!"  The Captain orders the old battle droid.  The droid takes aim, it's arm tracking the movements of the tangled two but doesn't shoot without having a clear shot.  The Captain makes a desperate attempt to roll out of the way but the Talz maintain's it's vice like grip.

Dez you're up!

Seemingly unfazed by the situation Dez strides closer and fires into the Talz with her blaster. "Take that furball!" She roars.

Blaster Pistol PB Attack: [1d20+7] = 11+7 = 18 +3 = 21
Force Point: [1d6] = 3
Damage: [3d6+6] = 11+6 = 17

Dez's shot miraculously hits the Talz and he lets out a surprised roar, but refuses to go down without a fight.  As he breaks contact with the Captain, the old super battle droid opens up with a steady stream of fire, pew, pew, pew... missing the Talz completely but destroying the bar and precious alcohol!  It looks like Dez is out of a job.

With the super battle droid blocking his escape, the Gand levels his heavy blaster at it unleashing a rapid volley of shots into it's torso.  The old battle droid having served so long goes down in bursts of sparks, fire, and smoke.  The Gand steps over it's hulking body and exits the cantina as the doors close behind him with a swoosh.

Long your up!

Long lets out a distressed Binary moan as the Gand slips away to warn his boss.

He swivels his torso on his chassis and lets loose an ion blast at the Talz, enveloping him in crackling electricity. He then rolls quickly under the nearest table for cover.

[Ion pistol attack [1d20+8] = 17+8 = 25
Ion pistol damage vs biological [3d6+2] = 6+2 = 8/2=4 damage]

Dez takes the ten to twelve seconds required to give last rites to the Rodian, with a point blank coup de grace, using her modified blaster pistol She then bolts for the door.

"We need to leave. Now!"

[3d6+6] = 6+6 = 12 x 2 = 24 to the Rodian

(Automatic critical hit: unconscious or disabled opponents die or are destroyed instantly)

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
