The Elementarii:

Core Class:

Concentration Checks for Summoning an Elemental: 5 + Hit Dice (May increase this to 10 + Hit Dice if the check seems too easy.)

• Check must be rolled every 3 round to maintain control.  (Or every 4 rounds with Placid Elemental Feat)
  

Range: 25' + 5' per 2 levels
Summoning Time: 1 Full Round.  Acts as a Spell-like ability

• At 6th level, Summoning Time changes to a Standard action
  

Elemental Modifications: Characters gain a number of modification points equal to Charisma bonus x 2.  Points are refreshed each day.  Character can decide when it happens.
