Play-by-Post Roleplaying

Play by post (PbP) is a non-real time game method for role playing games (RPGs). Like tabletop games, a leader and organiser (Dungeon/Game Master or StoryTeller) is in charge of rules and overall plot of the game. Each player takes turns posting in a message board setting. They can explain the actions, thoughts, and words of their individual characters for the rest of their group to see. The DM/GM will then post responses to the players to help create a story and move the game along as it would in real time game play.
