Merrinna follows the half-orc, hoping his ranger training has overcome his specie's usual dull nature.

Just as Merri follows the half-orc, so does Lugar keep pace and Shanna falls into the elf's tracks some ten feet apart.

When everyone ignores his warnings about the Mantis, Toot narrows his eyes in annoyance and grumbles, "If me dies cuz of one of yous Oomanoid Fuck-tards, Ima be very angry.  ANNND if me do die me forbid any of yous from looting Boo's or me's bodies!!!!"  Once Toot has stated his peace he turns his nose up in defiance and continues to follow 20' behind Lugar and SG.  Always keeping his eyes and ears open, watching for anything suspicious such as illusions and asking Boo often if he's picking anything up by 'Scent.'

Torin follows the others and keeps his place in the line.

Merri ignores the little fay as they continue.

OOC - speeding things up a bit since dungeon crawling by forum posts is even more painful than I thought.

Having learned from observations, the team proceeds carefully just about the medial line of the wide path, leaving always at least ten feet from the nearest mushrooms. Nobody detects new insects or similar menace until finally Giant and Lugar find the open space that must be the centre of the mushroom rings.

Toot follows them twenty feet apart, with the three other spellcasters closing the ranks not far behind.

As the last echoes of the party members' footsteps die most notice that it is silent, more silent than the outermost ring. A musty odour pierces the noses and throats of those inhaling deeply.

Giant has darkvision 60 and Lugar 120. What can they see? Giant starts blinking and moves more 15 ft in stealth mode.
