Grounds
Upon driving through the gates of the Xavier Estate, you'll find a single long driveway that is lined with a number of trees and other decorative plants. About a quarter of a mile in, two side drives appear on each side; the right leads to the large Gardens that take up a portion of the grounds, and to left a large clear area to be used for outdoor training.[Basket Ball court, Gardens, Lake, ect]
Attic
Used primarily for storage and communication relay equipment from the outside tower. The attic also contained Storm's room. Skylights have been placed in the roof, and a wide variety of tropical plants, well watered, thrive here.
2nd Floor
The Second floor of the Institute is dominated by the living quarters. The south wing is home to the New Mutants, while the north wing houses the X-men. Each wing is equipped with four bathrooms in addition to 11 regular rooms, laundry and a guest room. The central portion is Xavier's personal chambers. [Living Quarters, Xavier's Chambers, Laundry]

1st Floor
The Xavier Mansion's first floor is where individuals make their first entrance. At first glance, the mansion is the same as any other mansion. Tall, sprawling staircases that lead on each side up to the second floor, a grand entry way with glass windows that allow the rising sun's light to enter first thing in the morning.[Kitchen, Dining room, living room, Library, Xavier's Office, ect]
Basement
Basement:The basement of the mansion has all the appearances of a normal basement, though that of a well-off school.[Main computer memory, Wine storage, main laundry, ect]
Sub-Basement 1
This floor includes a fully stocked gym, indoor pool, Medical Facilities, Labs: Medical; Chemical; Practical Physics; Electronics; and robotics.
Sub-Basement 2
The bulk of the Shi'ar technology, including the danger room, is located in the second sub-basement, over 30' beneath the mansion itself.
Danger Room
Rebuilt with Sh'iar technology. It serves as the main training area of the Institute.
Westchester County, New York
Just north of the Big Apple, Westchester county, more specifically Salem Center, is home to the X-men.
The Greater World
The world of Mutants spread out beyond America, into the lands of the East and West, where the struggle between Humanity and Mutant kin continues.
